Hyperlink images in text blocks?

Hello,

so it is possible to hyperlink an image, which is inserted as a element.

Is it also possible to hyperlink an image, which just copy and paste into a text block element?
It seems there is no possible way to change settings for this image or adding a hyperlink.

We want to insert little images in our footer such as social media icons. And dont want to create a whole picture as a element.
