I can't see events that are changed by my friend

I can't see events that are changed by my friend

I created a calendar with one other friend.. WHen I add events we can both see them BUT when she adds events I can't see them. I checked the settings in the calendar I set up and it says that she should be able to edit and change/add events.. help! :) Thanks.
