I cannot add my team members

Hi, we are Zoho One client and I have already associated all my team (15 people) to WorkDrive from Zoho One admin. When I go to TD, I cannot see my team members. Even when I use "Add user" button and re-add them to TD, I still cannot see them. Could you please help.
