it's really frustrated that Zoho now hires unqualified people for their support, for the third time today I get responses like the policy is changed, you can't do this, you can't do that, without any guidance on how to reach my goal!!!, I'll leave you with the script

Hello Tawzef its currently not possible to add new custom Resume Inbox addresses. You can use the default resume inbox and set an auto forward option in your email box.

That option has been removed for the new signed up users. I really apologise its only available for old users and due to many performance constraints it has been removed.

I see that you have subscribed only on 16-10-2019 and is still in the onboarding phase. Please contact your onboarding agent from Zoho One to onboarding@zohoone.com for more queries related to it.
