I can't edit my workflows.

I can't edit my workflows.

Every time I need to edit a workflow it won't let me. It tells me to contact zoho support. I already did it and the only solution they gave me is to remind me how to freeze and edit a flow (which I always do, but it hasn't worked for a few months). I have to clone and freeze every time I want to edit a detail and then delete the flows that are repeated.

It says An unknown error has occurred.

What is the error? because it's been like this for months and I don´t understant it. 

The second problem is that every time I edit a workflow and activate it, most of the things I configured disappear when I activate it and therefore it doesn't work.
I use the specific tracking purchase trigger and when I select the products from my store and then activate the workflow my product selection disappears.

Somebody could help me?
I don't know what else to do... the workflows don't work and it won't let me edit them normally...
