I can't verify my domain

Dear Zoho,

I've bought a domain from Zoho Mail, saktigrahasarana.com. I also have subscribed to Zoho sites and create a website that uses saktigrahasarana.com as the primary domain.

But I can't access the address, I can't link my zoho mail to the domain and every time I logged into Zoho mail, it keeps asking to verify and I don't see "Zoho sites" as the webshosting options for verification.

I've uploaded the verify HTML file into "zohoverify" folder in saktigrahasarana.com root directory. But the problem with domain verification still persist.

Please provide your assistance ASAP, My ultimate goal is to setup an email account with the already bought domain.
