I keep getting error telling me to contact support when I add "Update module entry" action from Zoho CRM
I have reached out to Zoho in an email exactly one week ago without anyone taking a serious look at an issue that will not allow us to save two of our flows now. I have 2 large flows with many actions that always work great and run much of our automation. but for both of them, when I add "Update module entry" action from Zoho CRM to the end of my flow, I get an error and it won't let me save. I have the same action in a few different places on the same flows without issues. In one of my Flows, I get this error message BEFORE I even select the connection. Nevertheless, I have tried creating new connection. I have tried duplicating the flow and adding the same action. I have tried doing this in incognito on my end. I have even now tried adding this action in another place in the flow, and it just keeps throwing this error message. It won't let me save and it won't let me apply changes. As soon as I remove that action, I can save and apply changes without any issues. There is probably some sort of error that is being cache'd on the backend within Zoho Flow on my account that needs to be cleared by Zoho. This is clearly a Zoho Flow issue and not a user error!
Zoho Flow support is usually really good. But I reached out 7 days ago to Zoho Flow support in an email and got a response that indicated that my email wasn't even read and then more silence after I immediately replied, I am posting this here so that someone from Zoho can actually look at this issue. I can't continue to do anything with two of my flows as it won't let me add an action. Please help. If anyone has any suggestions about something that I could have missed, I would be happy to receive any feedback.
Notice on one of my flows I get the issue even before selecting the connection:
