I have finally been able to create Trello Boards within the Zoho CRM (I had to Un-install/install 4 times for this to work) thanks to help from the Zoho community.
My issue now is how can I get them to work efficiently between CRM and Trello.
I'm learning that what I need and what I can have are two separate things.
What I would like is to create an account for a client/asset, then have a link that will take me to the Trello Board specific to that client.
In reality, I have found that this is not an option.
You can't have a link in accounts, you can have them in leads, deals, cases and purchase orders. Not a huge problem, I will access it through deals.
What I am seeing though is one link to all deals created rather than a specific one through each deal. Is this the only way?
My other question is now that each deal has been created as a card in Trello, would I have to individually attach templates to each of them?
If anyone has a more detailed guide than the standard one available in Zoho, I would appreciate it.
