i registered the domain but not able to edit DNS whats happening ?

Now this is really NOT AN USER FRIENDLY i tried various ways to sort this out myself and im not able to do it , now i need any of your help to fix this , i registered for the free domain , and when i go click on the domain i dont see the place to login for DNS i gone though your help topics i cannot find the screen which you guys posted in help

is it en issue or what ? now i cant even able to purchase my domain in godaddy and now this is locked with you PLEASE SOME ONE HELP IMMEDIATELY
