I'd like to know if there is actually a SINGLE mid-size company using ZOHO successfully?

I am asking this in earnest... I would really like to see if any mid-sized company has actually had success integrating ZOHO successfully into their organization.

Our organization was initially attracted to ZOHO because of its (seemingly) enormous amount of features that we could grow into. So we committed to the platform.

However, as time has gone by, and we have attempted to integrate additional zoho apps, it has been nothing but heartache and massive wastes of time.

The fundamental question we have to ask is, what is the purpose of all of these applications if NONE of them really do what you need them to do? Further, what is the purpose of integrating these apps, if they truly don't integrate?

I can give you hundreds of specific examples of this, but let me just give you a few basic ones:

TRY, just try to change your email address as an administrator. It won't let you. Your old email address is integrated into every single app and you have to manually (and painstakingly) change your email in all of them. And then, to boot, if you miss any of the templates in which your old email might have been listed as a "send" email, you have to now go through every template ever  created, or they will haunt you endlessly by sending them to a dead email. And to make it even more frustrating, you cannot delete the old email because zoho says you cannot delete it until you delete EVERY reference of that email in every single app. Of course, it won't tell you what reference it's referring to, so you will just hunt endlessly to look for that random place your old email address might be lurking. A WASTE OF DOZENS OF HOURS!!

Another example: Try building a work-order. WHATS THAT??? That's just that thing that makes sure you actually deliver on what you sold. It doesn't exist! Isn't that crazy! We can sell stuff, we just can't deliver it. That actually sounds like zoho's mantra... we will sell you a subscription, but we won't deliver on functionality.

Another example: Just try to integrate booking into your system. It won't work. And when you reach out for help, Support will get their experts to hard-wire some crazy solution that now breaks every single permission in the CRM, the Invoice app and the detail section of booking. Poof.. 3 days running completely blind because of that one, and it's still not working properly.

How about another? Zoho offers you to "try" zoho books. Which is supposed to be an upgrade to the invoice app. So you give it a try, only to find that you can now not create invoices or estimates! so you quickly cancel the trial, only to find that your CRM dashboard now doesn't generate any sales reports??? WHY?? Who knows! And then when you ask the tecnicians to make sure you are completely backed out of zoho books, they don't know what zoho books is. They think it's the same as the zoho financial suite. Even AFTER you show them the app called zoho books, they still think it's the same thing as the 7 individual apps (which now don't work).  Our dashboard STILL doesn't work after 3-4 days of their experts trying to fix it.

How about another one? Try creating an app in zoho creator. Everything SEEMS fine, until you actually have to pass information from one screen to the next. It's all self-contained, right? NOPE!! You actually have to create an insane amount of code just to pass that information WITHIN the confines of the same app. The workaround they suggested? To re-ented my username on every single page of a multi paged-app, so that we could "save" each page independently and then access it via my userID. HUH??? I can pass data from one web page to another web page while filling out a form...but zoho creator doesn't allow that!!! INSANE!

So.. the point is, Zoho, which was clearly written by a bunch of pretty smart people, has NO idea what it's doing. They have NO idea what a business needs. They have NO idea how a business operates. And I truly want to know if there is actually a company out there that can honestly tell me that they're using Zoho in their daily operations and is actually successful at doing it, without wanting to throw themselves from the top of a very tall building.

Please... give me some success stories. Because this is looking like a bigger and bigger bust as each week passes.

      • How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?

A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file. (if you are planning to add them in Bulk)  In this topic, We will be discussing on how to Add and Invite users only.  The Import options are self explanatory. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
