My email has had IMAP blocked on the console due to a suspicious login attempt. I have changed my password to make sure it is secure and tried to unblock it, however I am told this is not possible and to contact support.
I contacted support 2 days ago and as yet have heard nothing and can't sync my emails still.
Is there anyway around the block or to remove it myself? if not does anyone know how long support take to respond and resolve issues please?
