For 5 days now, my IMAP has been blocked. I use my iPhone and mac Mail apps to access my mail with a VPN. As seems to be a common theme on here, Zoho have blocked my account for no reason. I now cannot access my emails or data other than via webmail - the webmail service is utterly useless on iPhone.
Please unblock my account to allow me access to my data - you have been aware of this issue for almost 10 years and seem content to resolve it by simply blocking customer access
