IMAP Discontinued for Outlook365

I was trying to set up email in my clients vCRM and was getting authentication errors.  Apparently, Microsoft is no longer going to support IMAP basic authentication.

When working with my clients ISP, we were able to get IMAP enabled again...and the setup worked.  We were informed that in January 2023 it would no longer be available and couldn't be enable again.

How does zoho plan on dealing with this change?  Is there anything we need to do to prepare?
