Import backlog project from one account to another sprint account

I have 2 accounts of zoho and I need to export data from one sprint account and import it to other sprint account, the data I need to export projects and its tasks and logged time sheets of related tasks (active/inactive tasks etc).
Team help me out. its urgent.
