Due to an immediate API change, users who have integrated with Twitter will have to reauthorize their Twitter account integration in Zoho Campaigns to continue the services.
What are the basic things that I should keep in mind before and after reauthorizing?
- If any social campaign is scheduled for Twitter, it won't be sent out unless and until you schedule it again after reauthorizing your Zoho Campaigns account with Twitter.
- If you've already posted a campaign in Twitter, you will be able to get the reports of the post only after reauthorizing your Zoho Campaigns account with Twitter.
Please note that there won't be any data loss while the changes are made.
How do I reauthorize it?
In order to reauthorize,
1. Go to Settings and navigate to the Integration tab
2. Go to Apps and select Twitter
3. Click View Details and then click Reauthorize
Below is the screen that appears once you click on the Reauthorize button. Click on Continue and provide your Twitter account details. You will be all set to start scheduling your campaigns right after this step.
P.S. Zoho Campaigns and Twitter integration will be invalid for everyone by 17th February, 2021. So, kindly reauthorize the integration at the earliest. We're sorry for the inconvenience caused due to our quick communication without any prior notice.
