Hi everyone,
A new month comes with a new set of updates from Zoho Campaigns! We have introduced fresh features that help you emphasize on your brand's authenticity, maintain transparency with your subscribers, and easily manage the product usage.
Here's a walk-through of what's in store for you:
1. Keep subscribers informed about your terms.
It's important for your subscribers to know what they're complying to, when they choose your brand. To help you convey your company's terms and regulations, Zoho Campaigns lets you include your 'Privacy Policy' and 'Terms of Use' statements in the signup forms and email campaigns.
While designing a 'long' signup form, you can choose the 'Privacy Policy and Terms' field on the left panel, and include your own privacy policy and terms of use links.
Another way to add the links in your email campaigns would be to include them in the footer. When you agree to the 'Update links in company profile' checkbox, these links will automatically be updated in your company's profile.
2. Understand your subscribers' preferences.
Earlier, 'subscriber preference' was a merge tag that you can use in your campaign content. We've now included it as a part of the footer—all the more reason for you to manage your subscribers efficiently. So, when your subscribers click the 'unsubscribe' link in your email footer, they'll be directed to a page that helps them manage their mailing list preferences, as they decide which lists to be a part of.
3. More permissions to signup forms.
Accessing signup forms when you work as a team now becomes easier! You can view and modify all the signup forms created in your account, based on the privileges assigned to your role.
4. Track of your account activities with Audit Logs.
With so many actions done in your Campaigns account, never stand a chance to miss out on anything—get a complete list of activities you've performed inside the product, so you can stay updated about what account users are up to.
Note - Under the 'Recent Activities' section of the 'Dashboard,' you'll find only the last five activities. Audit Log gives you the entire history of actions performed in your account.
5. Choose your 'unsubscribe' type.
For catering to different business requirements, we've provided an option where you can choose between two types of 'unsubscribe' links to be used in the email footer—the one for a particular mailing list and the one for the entire organization. Accordingly, the person who unsubscribes by clicking this link from your email, will either be removed automatically in just one-click (in case of 'entire organization'), or they'll be taken to the preference management page (in case of 'particular mailing list').
Do use these new features for improving your subscriber engagement, and let us know your feedback/suggestions in the comments section below.
Cheers,
Aishwarya
