Incompetent tech help

In the latest occurrence of inept customer service Zoho admits they made an error with the CRM/Recruit integration. They happily tell me they have sorted the 6493 spam entries at their end and I should delete them from Recruit myself 100 at a time!

I ask for a refund for the month I have not been able to use CRM or Recruit and am told I will get a free month next year! This is incompetence at a very high level and I can only guess what I may have lost in placement fees.

It took over 3-weeks to get tags back that Zoho lost during a sync to CRM and I was initially told it would be 24-36 hours.

I have been passed from pillar to post having to repeat over and over again what the problems are or to try and sort refunds from CRM, Recruit and Campaigns. 

What bugs me the most is there does not seem to be an account manager or, if there is, Ananth then you need to do your job and stop hiding.

So come on Zoho, get someone in authority to sort out the issues. Please do not ask what the problems are again or ask for screenshots, consult the records and provide a solution quickly.
