Is it possible to have an input option in zobot for a client to put a comment/provide further details?

We are using it as a lead funnel

1. Client selects service interested in

2. Provides name, email and phone

3.  Selects a few more options on the service

4. Finally they agree they want to be contacted about the service but at this end stage I would like to give them the possibility to write something to summarise their background/history to provide more details to us.

Currently on our contact form it is a simple L

name

email

phone

Service required

Inquiry

In the inquiry section they are able to type more information and this is transferred to zoho crm for viewing. I can't seem to see a way with zobot codeless bot to gather that bit of information from a client where they type a few sentences.

Any suggestions>?
