Installing Zoho SalesIQ directly from your WordPress admin page

I tried to install SAlesiq functionality following these instructions but it doesn't work. image 1

I also tried to insert the code into the body through a plug in but it doesn't even work to see image 2

The account is regularly set up. Before the new version, it worked fine.
