Instructions Field
I want to start off by saying Zoho Desk is a great product but what would make it even better would be a layout field that could be used for instructions. We are a franchise system many of our end-users are customers but not customers at the same time. When have them submit certain things for rebates or marketing materials, etc. It would be great to have a field that we could type more than just a small sentence into for instructions. We don't need to type a book but more than half a sentence would be great. I know that we can do Tooltips but even then we can barely get a sentence into the field.
Forms may do a better job at this function but we want to house it inside Zoho Desk.

How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?
A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file.
