Want transparent passing of records into CallFire.com (cloud-based outbound dialer), visible connection with Zoho record whilst calling, and integration (addition) of call data into Notes category of Zoho. Presume APIs from both Zoho and CallFire will be necessary. Would also like "action list" checklist to be created during call which collects mail-out names, addresses, email, etc. for rapid follow-up.
