Hello,
My company loves the zoho ecosystem, we are subscribed to Zoho One, and have been using SalesIQ for more than 2 years. We have no desire to abandon it, however, we are experiencing the limitations of how it is implemented and the API available.
We would like to step up our online presence and invest in building a chatbot/automated responder and have likely settled on DialogFlow for our system because we use Google for everything else already.
It is not clear to me exactly how we might go about using DialogFlow to handle our SalesIQ visitors prior to handing the conversation to our sales reps.
SalesIQ only provides a client-side JS API there is no real means of what I am trying to accomplish strictly with SalesIQ. I am thinking that I could create a chatbox that interacts with DialogFlow until it doesn't have a response then import the SalesIQ API at that point and hand it off to a live sales rep.

Because that solution requires actually designing the chat window and the client-server interaction, I may instead pursue using Cliq's webhook bots and that way the chatbot can be used anywhere Cliq is available. I would even be capable of performing calls to the SalesIQ JS API without showing the SalesIQ chatbox.
Any feedback would be appreciated,
Sam Morrison
