Integration between desk and analytics

Integration between desk and analytics

Hello,

I would like to do an integration where the tickets that arrive on a desk environment end up in another Analytics environment.
Is it possible to do this?
With native integration it is possible to push only one ticket at a time, so I thought that a possible solution is a custom function, but I have problems with the connection when I use the createRow function because when I insert the fourth parameter (the connection parameter) it tells me that the connection does not exist although I created it correctly.
