WE finally managed to get get quantity pricing sorted in books by using price list- brilliant. Moved all the products around and tested in Books . Brilliant.

BUT - my staff often create invoices over the phone from within CRM. When we tested this it gives them a pricelist option but the product stays at the stock pricing structure with a message that the item is not on the price list. I have forced a sync.
Any ideas please. It has been a long day.
