Integration with Zoho Desk tickets

Hello,

are there plans to integrate Workdrive with Zoho Desk tickets?

For example, when I get a ticket with an attached document I need to download it from the Desk and then upload to Workdrive. After the work on the file is done I need to download from Workdrive and then attach to a reply in the ticket.

Would be great if files received in tickets could be added directly in Workdrive and aslo attached from Workdrive to tickets replies.
