Integrating CRM: When updating/creating record, how can I map the options selected to options pre-defined in CRM?

Dear All,

I have made two forms in two different languages and I have integrated them with the CRM by mapping fields. So far, so good.

The problem I am facing is that the form is adding the information to the record as it is and I can not find a way to map the sub-field options in the field. This is creating duplicate and tripled values becasue the option on the form is not exactly the same as the options in the CRM. The reasons to this are: language and that in the form is more detailed the option; whereas in the CRM is for the team and straight forward.

Example:

Field in CRM, "Main objectives", option selection:
- Study
- Work
- Migrate
- Extend stay

Field in Form in Spanish, "Main objectives", option selection:
- Estudiar y trabajar
- Solo trabajar
- Me interesa migrar
- Quiero saber como extender mi estadia

Field in Form in English, "Main objectives", option selection:
- Study and Work
- Only Work
- I want to migrate
- I want to extend my stay

Result, in CRM all these new fields are created for contacts that come from Forms, and thus are available for other contact creation in the future, giving redundant options for employees to choose:
- Study
- Work
- Migrate
- Extend stay
- Estudiar y trabajar
- Solo trabajar
- Me interesa migrar
- Quiero saber como extender mi estadia
- Study and Work
- Only Work
- I want to migrate
- I want to extend my stay

How can I solve this? Please note that is not only one field, which I could adapt, or create a workflow or layour rule and two different fields, these are many fields through the form and different examples, as more details have been provided when selecting different options.

Thanks!

J.
