In my previous ATS, whenever i book an interview - an email confirmation goes out to both candidates and clients (interviews) with 2 options - Accept and Reject. When they accept, the date/time automatically syncs with their respective calendars.

This is done through a self scheduling link sent to candidates

Is it fair to expect if Z Recruit can also come with a feature so simple like the above? An email confirmation with 2 option - Accept or Reject instead of the old fashioned download ics and then add it to calendar
