Introducing activity logs to review action history

Hello everyone,

In today's world, most of our data is online, and a lot of people use multiple devices to do their day-to-day work. Many industries, such as the event industry, have a need to amp up the security and transparency for team members who are a part of your event.

With this in mind, we're introducing activity logs in Zoho Backstage to provide you more visibility of actions taken by your event team members on the platform.

Trace user activities

The activity log for any portal can be found at the menu in the top-right corner of the screen. Click your user avatar and click User activities to open the Activities panel. A comprehensive timeline will be displayed for all the actions done by members of your team.

Each activity log entry is generated with a time stamp and user name so you can clearly see details about the change and also trace the member who did it.

Filter activities for quicker access

Actions performed by multiple members of your team can get tucked away in the activity log over a period of time. Use the filters provided at the top of the Activities panel to access specific actions.

You can filter activities that are specific to only events or just the portal. You can also filter to a more granular level and view actions for a specific user, actions in a specific event, or even down to the actions in a specific module, tab, or page for an event.

Explore the activity log for insights into your event team's action history. Let us know what you think in the comments below. You can also write to us at support@zohobackstage.com for any product-related questions.

Happy organizing!
