Bulk Attachment Download from List View | Zoho Recruit



We're excited to introduce an update to attachment management in Zoho Recruit that lets you download attachments associated with selected records directly from the List View page of any module.

How do I download attachments in bulk?

You can now select up to 500 records from any module's List View page and download their attachments in one go. Get your attachments downloaded in 3-simple steps;

STEP #1: Select Records

Navigate to the module, select the records, and click More Options > Download Attachments.


STEP #2: Choose Attachment Category & Fields

Select an attachment category and specify the fields to include in the CSV file.


STEP #3: Download Files

You will then see a pop-up in the bottom-right of your screen with the download links to both the .RAR file that contains attachments and the .CSV file that contains record details.
