Introducing custom fields, formula fields and conditional fields in Zoho Sign
Hello everyone,
We're happy to introduce custom fields, formula fields, and conditional fields to help you build smart signature workflows. As a sender, you now have the flexibility to configure added automation, allowing you to tailor documents with data precision and improved efficiency. Your signing workflows can automatically perform calculations based on field values and adapt to signer inputs in real time. They can also dynamically present data across documents while reducing errors and saving time.
- Custom fields allow administrators to create new reusable fields, making the sender experience more efficient.
- Formula fields allow users to automate field value calculations based on the inputs of the recipient in other previous fields.
- Conditional fields allow users to insert additional fields and remove and manage existing fields based on the inputs of the recipient in other previous fields.
Key benefits:
- Improved efficiency via automation
- Increased accuracy in data collection
- Enhanced flexibility and personalization
- Dynamic field insertion
- Reusable customized fields
