Installing Incentives for Zoho CRM 

Incentives is an app that leverages CRM data to fulfill its own function. That said, we built it within the App Space for Zoho CRM like ABM or VoC. You can switch between CRM and Incentives through this container.

Road map

We know this is a most sought-after solution and we are really excited to introduce the first cut with most capabilities you’ve asked for. However, like you know, incentive management is a vast area that brings a lot of combinatorial factors into the picture. Keeping them in mind, we have the following in our development pipeline:
  1. On-Target Earnings (OTE) + Commission Configurations for sales individuals: Combine fixed pay with performance-based commissions tied to sales goals.
  2. Manager Roll-Up Commissions: Reward managers based on their team’s sales performance.
  3. Team Split Commissions: Divide earnings from a single transaction among multiple people who contributed to the sale.

Incentives for Zoho CRM will be available for customers subscribed to Enterprise, Ultimate, Zoho CRM Plus, and Zoho One editions/suites at no extra charge—for the moment.

  1. To be eligible for the Incentives for Zoho CRM application, it is required for the organization to be in the New CRM UI.
  2. Incentives for Zoho CRM is not supported in mobile app, currently.

Release plan:

We will enable Incentives app for customers in Ultimate editions in all DCs, today. We will open for other editions and DCs, gradually.
