We are happy to announce that we've increased the feature limits for CRM in your Zoho CRM Plus subscription to their maximum value.
For example:
If previously, you could only set 10 validation rules per layout, you can now set 25
If previously, you could only create 2 custom modules per user license, you can now create up to 5
If previously, you could only set 20 active blueprints, you can now create up to 100
Will my existing Zoho CRM Plus subscription be affected in any way?
Absolutely not. The increase in CRM feature limits has been implemented to help you do more with your sales teams as your business scales to a larger level.
You will continue to pay the same price as you are currently paying for your Zoho CRM Plus subscription for the increased feature limits.
Do these limits apply to our future customers as well?
Any customers signing up for Zoho CRM Plus in the future will be provided with the newly increased feature limits by default.
