Introducing Intake Forms

We are excited to announce the release of Intake Forms, a new feature in Zoho Contracts designed to make contract requests simple, structured, and efficient.

Intake Forms allow organization members to request new contracts through a web form instead of reaching out manually to the legal or contracts team. Users just fill in the required details for a specific contract type, submit the form, and Zoho Contracts takes care of the rest. Once submitted:
  1. A contract is automatically created using the provided details.
  2. The contract document is generated.
  3. The designated contract owner is notified instantly.
