Intake Forms Overview

Intake Forms Overview

Intake Forms allow organization members to request new contracts in a structured and organized manner. Instead of asking the legal team or contract owner to create a contract every time, users fill out a web form that captures all the required details for a specific contract type. Once submitted, it will automatically create a contract with its agreement document and notify the assigned contract owner.

Admins can create and customize an intake form for each contract type based on organizational needs. They can add or remove the document fields, reorder sections, select which details must be collected, assign a default contract owner for incoming requests, and share the forms with specific users or with everyone in the organization. Admins can also enable or disable intake forms to control access and ensure that only up-to-date, reviewed forms are used for contract requests. They can also delete forms at any time.

Organization members can then access the shared form, provide the required information, and submit a contract request effortlessly.
