Introducing LeadChain in Bigin to sync leads from Social Ads easily

We're excited to introduce a new topping in Bigin called LeadChain by Zoho Social. LeadChain instantly syncs lead information from social media lead ads to Bigin, making it easier to turn them into customers. It also helps you send conversion data back to the social channels for better targeting, saving you time and effort.

Generating leads from social media platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn is essential for any marketing team. These leads must be efficiently managed and converted into sales within a CRM like Bigin. Usually, leads generated from social media are stored on their respective platforms. To import this data into Bigin, you would typically need to download it manually and then upload it into the CRM. This process is both inefficient and time-consuming. 

Many customers have turned to connector apps like Zapier to automate this process. However, such third-party apps can be costly, especially for small businesses.

To address these challenges, you can use LeadChain. This topping allows you to create workflows(referred as 'Chains') directly within Bigin, eliminating the need for third-party applications.

For now, the Ad sources available in LeadChain are:
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok

Setup Process:

To create a new chain between Bigin and a social ad source, follow the below steps: 
  1. Install the LeadChain topping from Settings -> Toppings -> Marketplace in your Bigin account.
  2. After the installation, click on the '+Create New Chain' button from the LeadChain topping settings.
  3. Choose your social media ad account and the page from which you want to sync leads with Bigin.
  4. Choose the specific ad or form you are using.
  5. Map the form fields from the social media platform to the corresponding fields in Bigin.

Lead Chain not only pulls lead data into Bigin but also allows for two-way data flow. For example, progress on a deal created in Bigin can be sent back to Facebook via the Facebook Conversion API. This integration enables the display of more targeted ads optimized for your audience based on the information from Bigin.


Note:
  • Bigin users who don't have permission to this topping can send requests to the admin to create new chains or modify existing ones, ensuring a secure and controlled environment.
