Introducing 'Pre-Check in' for your temps

We are happy to announce 'Pre-check in' settings for all users.
 
First, why do you need this feature?
 
For critical services such as nurses and other emergency services, it will be helpful to be informed if the scheduled temp is going to cover for the shift. If they are unable to or running late, as a temp staffing agent you can find an alternative temp before the shift starts. 
 
  • With this setting enabled, temps can mark themselves as 'on the way to shift location' from Workerly Worker App. Thus, keep an eye on who is going to make it for the scheduled shift, who is not and who is running late.
    Note: Temps can cancel pre-check in from mobile app by clicking 'Not on my way'
     
  • This status will be displayed for you on Workerly's home screen widget, 'Who is Working Today?' You can even see if a temp is running late after pre-check in for the shift. 
 
Want to enable this setting?
Navigate to Timeclock settings on Setup > Time Logs. Toggle the 'Pre-check in' button on.
