Introducing Price Lists in Zoho Invoice

Introducing Price Lists in Zoho Invoice

We've introduced Price lists in Zoho Invoice. Price lists allows you to maintain a customized set of rates against the standard rates you maintain for your items. Price lists can be created in any currency. If you create it in your base currency, you can associate it with customers from other countries too. You can choose to mark up or mark down rates (percentage), or enter custom rates for all your items.

With Price lists, you can define and maintain custom rates for all your customers. Be it the one timer for whom you would want to price it up for, or the discount seeker for whom you always have to offer discounts, you can handle them with ease. So, if you want to customize your prices when creating a quote or sending out an invoice , you can simply create a price list and map it to the customer and it will have the customized price.

You can enable Price lists in Zoho Invoice from under the items tab. So the next time you create an estimate, remember to associate a price list with it.
