Introducing Zoho Sign's integration with WebMerge

Hello,

We take great pleasure in announcing that Zoho Sign now supports an integration with WebMerge, a cloud-based document generation and automation tool.

WebMerge leverages an extensive list of over 40 popular third-party web service integrations, allowing users to fetch data, prepare business documents (contracts, agreements, quotes, purchase orders, invoices, etc.), and deliver them to intended recipients. Users can create their documents by either building them online from scratch or by uploading preformatted templates and then merging data onto them from various sources like CSV files, online forms, third-party applications, etc. They can then choose to save and manage the documents on their cloud or deliver it to their recipients and trigger workflows using third-party integrations.

How can this integration help?

For example, let's say you run a business where you have an order form on your website which collects data from interested buyers. You use this information to prepare quotes and send it to the prospective customers for them to sign. Doing this manually on a round-the-clock basis where you have to repeatedly create a quote for every entry you receive on your form by drafting the document, manually transferring the information collected, and sending it for signature, can become very cumbersome and time-consuming. Using the Zoho Sign integration with WebMerge, you can easily automate the whole process by setting up your quote template, connecting it with your form to merge data from the entries, and trigger an electronic signature workflow that automatically sends it to the potential buyer for signing.

How can a workflow be set up?
  1. Create or upload a document template in the WebMerge tool.
  2. Set up the delivery method of the merged document to electronic signature via Zoho Sign.
  3. Set up the source for the data to be merged onto the document - CSV file, form, or third party application
What are the prerequisites to use this integration?

You must have a:
  1. A valid WebMerge Starter license or above
  2. A valid Zoho Sign Enterprise or API-only license - consumes API credits
Read our help documentation  here for detailed information on how to use this integration and set up automatic document e-signature workflows.

Go ahead and try this new integration. For any queries or feedback, please reach out to us by commenting below or writing to  support@zohosign.com.

Happy Zoho Signing!

Sai Anand
