Introducing Zoho Vault's revamped extension for Google Chrome and Firefox

Hey everyone,

Following the official launch of our web interface in January, we're happy to announce that our new browser extensions for Google Chrome and Firefox are now live. The extensions work a lot faster and offer enhanced password autofill. The recent update is packed with features that make password management easier, so here's a quick update on everything new in our revamped browser extension.

A refreshing new look
The extension matches the sleek design of our new web interface with a complete UI overhaul. The extension also aligns with your web app's theme to offer a pleasant, unified user experience.

Quick access to your passwords
Enhance your productivity with instant access to your passwords. The new extension loads quicker and includes a detailed view for performing key operations (adding, editing, and sharing passwords) much faster than from the web app.

Enhanced auto-login experience
The new update redefines your login experience by enhancing auto-login for multiple new login fields. This improved field detection also identifies new sign-ups better and helps you efficiently auto-save passwords for new accounts.

Move passwords to trash
Soft-delete your passwords and declutter your vault using the new extension. This prevents your passwords from being deleted forever and helps you restore them if required.

Customizable view
Customize your extension's default view to get instant access to your favorite passwords. Using our extensive filters, you can switch your default view to one of eight different options (personal passwords, enterprise passwords, etc.) and stay focused on the task at hand.

Update for other browsers
The new revamped extension will be available in the stores of other popular browsers such as Edge and Opera as early as mid-April 2021.

Note: Since the initial launch, we have worked on an update for Chrome that addresses some of the commonly reported bugs (Timeout settings, Adding new passwords, etc). If you continue to face previously reported issues with the new Chrome extension, please don't hesitate to contact support(at)zohovault(dot)com. Our support representatives will address your concerns.
