iOS Assist Client Screen rotation...
I am evaluating Zoho Assist "Customer" for Remote Sessions on iPad. One of the issues we have right now is that Zoho Assist assumes a Portrait orientation when the Technician is viewing the Client screen. Is there a simple solution where the Technician can rotate the view as our mobile app runs in a Landscape orientation?
The best option would be for the Assist Customer app to be aware of the screen orientation on the client side and update the Technician side. An easy fix would be to add a view control for the Technician to rotate the screen view in their console.
