Is anyone at Zoho paying attention?

Can someone at Zoho please post SOMETHING with regards to an update on Activesync for Android? It does not work and I would just like to get some kind of response on the progress and when it's expected to be fixed. I have fully migrated to Zoho except I have to keep my contacts and calendar in gmail, which is not a good way to use the system.
