I have some (basic) questions regarding Zoho Reports and am wondering if I can chat or screenshare with someone.
1) I have a field called "Event Type" and values such as "A", "B", "C", "D", "E". Let's say I wanted to report on a rollup or group these into regions where Event Types A, B, C = region 1 and Event Types D and E = Region 2. How can I add this column to a database?
2) When I want to refresh the database, how do I do that? I would want to wipe out all of the original data and put new data in, but have all my reporting still work. The data is a csv that I upload and all of the column headers remain the same.
