Is it possible to add a Dashboard user Filter, which filters all tabs

Hello, 

I have been trying to implement a user filter on a dashboard with many tabs, which is applying to all tabs at the same time ( so when switching the tabs there is no need to apply each time a filter) 

Could you tell me if there is such functionality in Zoho or it is currently impossible to do this?
