My husband's not real computer-savy.  I've set up Zoho so that he can enter invoices for his customers, but I don't ever want him to accidentally send an invoice before he's reviewed it.  Up until recently, emailing an invoice would send it to me (I don't know how we got that set up) - and that was perfect, because then we could see it as it would look to the customer, but then forward it to the customer using our external email client.

Now I don't see how to prevent accidental emailing of invoices, anymore.

Is it possible to DISABLE emailing directly from Zoho Invoice?  We can print to PDF and email from there.
