Is it possible to link requests?

I am currently evaluating Zoho Support. In order to resolve our Customer Support requests, we need to be able to communicate with 3rd parties - such as partner organisations or suppliers. These communications need to be: - recorded in the helpdesk system, for future reference - linked to the customer request - kept separate from the customer ticket, as customers arenot to have visibility of these communications It would be ideal if we could create a parent-child ticket relationship, with the parent ticket being the customer request and the child ticket being our communication with the partner/supplier. We need to be able to have multiple 'child' tickets per 'parent' ticket, as we may have multiple partners/suppliers involved in providing resolution to our customer Does anyone have a solution for this situation?
