Is it possible to pull the actual Account and Contact names from a Desk Ticket instead of their IDs?
I'm getting familiar with the Flow triggers to find out what kind of data can be transferred from a Desk ticket to a form on a Creator application. It seems like that only the "ID" numbers of the account and the contact fields on the Desk ticket are defined as source fields on the target action in Flow. Will these fields be displayed on the Creator application as the actual names of those account and contact fields or will they only be transferred as the id numbers of them? Is this issue caused by a shortcoming of the Flow trigger structure or by the ticket data structure of a Desk ticket?
