We have been using Zoho Books and Inventory for a few months now and have been overall very pleased with our experience. The drop shipping functionality is helpful as 95% of our business is handled this way.

Although, the one area that has been difficult is staying organized with tracking numbers that are provided to us by our vendors or from our carriers. We typically receive all shipping details and then provide to our customers manually. We cannot find a place to store carrier, tracking #, or tracking URL for a drop shipped PO. Is there any place that we can track this information specifically for drop shipments?
