Is it possible to track what exactly was changed in a spreadsheet?

I am looking for a solution that provides me with general project management tools as well as an online spreadsheet that allows us to create and edit different information customised for our project. We've previously had problems with different people changing different cells in "normal" Excel with-out other people realising what was changed and who changed it. Hence we need to see when and who has changed the spreadsheet as well as who exacly changed it.

In Zoho sheets I discovered the functionality showing when a file was revised as well as displaying the description of the changes provided by the user. However I did not find any view that would have allowed me to see what exactly was changed. This is available in Google Docs.

Could someone please direct me to the correct location where I could track such changes if there is one?
