What can we do on our end to improve the Answer bot answers?

I'm using the Answer bot card in the Codeless bot builder. I've input several questions and their answers in the FAQ section to feed the Answer bot. The text is all in French, as this is the language our customers communicate in. I've tried testing the Answer bot card by making very minor modifications to the question, for example copy-pasting the exact question from the FAQ but introducing a common spelling error in one of the words, and the Answer bot outputs an answer from a completely different question.

I also run into this issue by formulating questions in a different way. For example, I worded a question in the FAQ as 'How much does it cost to (...)' but asking 'How much is it to (...)' confuses the bot and it doesn't find an answer to my question. I see we can input 5 variations to the question in the FAQ, but sometimes in French there can be many more ways to ask the same question depending on the level of formality of the client when they address us. Is it recommended to create multiple questions with the same answer to cover more variations?

In all the articles I've read on the Answer bot, the only advice I've come across is to have over 50 questions in the FAQ. I haven't found any advice or strategies on how to improve question wording to ensure the correct answer is given.

I would also like to know if it possible to train the bot, because right now in testing I am getting wrong answers and there is no way to really correct the bot.
