Is Susbscriptions included with Zoho One?

Is Susbscriptions included with Zoho One?

Hi, we are signed up to Zoho One and I was under the understanding that Zoho Subscriptions is included within the price, however when I log in to Subscriptions it tells me I need to upgrade to go live. Why is this please?
